  • Detailed recording and analysis of client A&L position and to ensure their borrowing capacity/equity position align with realistic property investment goals

  • Cross sale/referral of additional products to enhance customer experience and success as an investor. This includes insurance referrals, depreciation schedules, property handover inspections and rental management.
