Accomplishments

My first year of being the Manager at the Claremont store, it Became a Cat A store from a Cat B. My store received rising star for 2024 its 1 of 3 main awards given out during conference. For the financial year of 2024 - 2025 we are currently the 5th highest ranked store in Cat A nationally out of 40 Cat A stores across the country. This year we are on track to perform over 1 million dollars in trade. I have tapped into this stores potential working the trade relationships and supporting the stores lighting designer and we are on track to be 1st or 2nd in the country for design in my store. The store is at an all time high for profitability.

For my short time I've been at Surge Fitness I have a achieved a higher average activity in the last 3 months then the senior member services representative, This includes New Leads, Contacts, Appointments. I also had the Highest POS referral avg than any other MSR in the company for August. Was able to increase business positive reviews, leading to have a more positive online presense. There are over 20 reviews that mention me by name at the company I worked for Allgem Jewellers.
