In my role as Appointment Officer, I am responsible for the roster and management over 30 weekly games across six competitions. My roles encompassed payroll, referee registration and management collaborating with coaching staff, parents and competition staff. This work from home position demanded a balance of planning and organisation with team-work and self management, crucial for smooth operation and referee development.

Working in the role of an ES and S&C coach as apart of UniSC work placement. During this time, I completed a 150 hour work placement in compliance with ESSA regulations. My responsibilities included conducting weekly athlete performance testing and data collection, and contributed to the development and management of athletes within an overall performance program. My role allowed me to apply and enhance my skill in athletic enhancement.

Working within the role of a personal trainer as apart of UniSC work placement. I completed a 150 hours within ESSA regulations. I performed under supervision, one on one client based personal training sessions, carrying out health and wellness screenings, and designing personalised six-week training programs. This position allowed me to hone my skill in individualized training and health assessment within the scope of the general public.

As a Team Leader and Manager, I led a team of up to 12 staff, adeptly managing busy periods with high order volumes and tight deadlines. My responsibilities included stock management, staff rostering, menu creation and maintaining high cleaning standards. This role required the development of strong leadership and operational skills, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
