Cadets

A useful program that allowed me to understand the importance of commitment from a young age, beginning at thirteen years old , I quickly rose from cadet, to corporal  , to sergeant and eventuating by seventeen as a warrant officer class two.

The rise in rank saw that from corporal all the way to warrant officer class two- I would be in charge and then leading roughly thirty individuals, from all ages between thirteen to seventeen.

The vital skills obtained from conducting cadets can be summarised , as it allowed me from a young age to be patient whilst teaching and working alongside individuals weather they were commanders directly under me or new cadets just beginning , the commitment it taught me-that once I begin an activity or accept a roll, I stay committed recognising that I cannot simply leave something even when difficulties arise
