My time at KFC I started out cooking chicken and worked my way up to Assisstant store manager.Ass a team member i did roles like making burgers,cooking chicken,serving custumers,cash handling, cleaning the dinning room and back of house, cleaning deep fryers and the oil pumps. When i became a manager i still did previous rolls when needed, i would jump on any station that needed help, i coached and trained team members,hired new staff, did rosters for team members, did stock count and ordered stock, dealt with custumer feedback, learnt to use different computer programs that were needed for the job.Its>

I worked briefly for westmont community care as a domestic cleaner. I cleaned houses for people who could not do the tasks themselves, it included gneral cleaning like sweeping,vaccuming,mopping,cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, making beds,washing clothes and hanging it out, taking rubbish out and any other odd job the client needed done. This was a very fullfilling job when it came to meeting the clients, meeting them and getting to know them while working as for alot of the clients they dont see many people and it really makes their day when you listen to them and have conversaitions.
I have experience working as a steward/bartender/kitchenhand on the army bases at both bandiana barracks and latchford barracks, i was trained as a allrounder working in any role needed, Bartending included serving alcohol,cleaning and maintaining the bar and bar lounges snd cash handling. When stewarding I was responsable for taking payments for meals using a POS system and on occasion cash, handling any questions or feedback given from custumers. I prepaired salads,bread,sauces and other items for the salad bar and cold banes, kept salad bar and dinning room clean, washed all dishes from meal services and cleaned the steward dish washing area and helped the rest of the team on shift when needed. When working as a kitchen hand my role included washing dishes and maintaing cleaningness of back of house wich included cleaning equipment, sweeping/scrubbing and mopping floors, taking out bins and cleaning and sanitising them. I preped vegetables,meat and other food related items, put stock away and rotated stock, helped the cooks and chefs with anything they needed.
