I have successfully completed numerous in-store and out of store Assistant Store Manager reliefs. Whether it be leading the store when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent or 4 week + reliefs out of store. I have been in numerous Top Talent groups and succession plannings and am held to a high standard of being an integral Senior Leader within the business.
Due to successfully delivering both a new Fresh Convenience department and turning around a struggling Fresh Service department I was again asked by the Group Manager to move roles/stores to improve, coach and influence a new team that was having problems around team retention, morale, food safety standards and KPIs.
I was asked by the Store and Group Manager to lead the Fresh Service team as I had already delivered a sustainable Fresh Convenience department. Fresh Service was struggling with food safety standards, morale and KPIs.
I was chosen to setup and lead Fresh Convenience as a new department within the new Business Comm structure in a $1000000+ store.
