I am currently gaining hands-on experience in the Valuations department at Savills, where I support a range of key responsibilities. These include assisting with site sales analysis, validating financial data, and conducting comprehensive research on sales and rental comparables across the market. I have had the opportunity to accompany senior property professionals on site inspections and auctions, allowing me to observe valuation practices firsthand, and contribute meaningfully to the process. The insights gathered from these experiences are integrated into detailed property research and valuation reports, helping to ensure accurate, market-informed assessments.

• Underwrote multifamily CRE loans for Agency securitization (FNMA and FMAC), conducting detailed property, borrower, credit, and risk analyses in Asset Summary Reports (ASRs).
• Conducted preliminary loan origination and full underwriting for multifamily properties across major U.S. MSAs, ensuring compliance with lender and agency guidelines.
• Performed valuation analyses for commercial multifamily properties, including rent roll reviews, cash flow analysis, and interpretation of third-party reports (appraisal, engineering, environmental).
• Developed narratives for distressed construction loans, summarizing business plans, loan structures, sponsor profiles, risks, and exit strategies.
• Led, mentored, and trained a team of seven analysts, providing feedback on underwriting models and ASRs to enhance team efficiency and deliverable quality.
• Utilized real estate platforms such as CAAST and Closer for due diligence, data analysis, and transaction management.

• Analyzed and re-underwrote multifamily and commercial properties by incorporating operating statements and rent rolls, with a focus on accurate cash flow assessment.
• Spread financial statements, identified recurring vs. Non-recurring income/expenses, and categorized data under appropriate financial heads within underwriting templates.
• Conducted valuation analyses of U.S.-based multifamily and commercial real estate assets using market data, financial metrics, and third-party reports.
• Contributed to the preparation of appraisal checklists, property summary reports, and loan write-ups to support investment decisions, and credit risk evaluations.
