Throughout my time at KFC, I have learnt a number of skills from working as a team member, through to training the crew.

• Shifts were very flexible as would vary from opening the store, working the day shifts and through to closing the store at the end of the night.
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring critical items have met standards, check/change labels, date salads and prep supplies at workstations to help team members meet demands.
• Dealing with delivery orders throughout sections of the day, operated power equipment to fabricate parts of the assemble line, selected, packed and shipped customer orders and kept up with daily demands and schedules.
• Acknowledging, welcoming and greeting customers.
• Cleaned aisles, removed trash and baled cardboard to assist with housekeeping requirements.
• Complied with internal sanitation policies in sterilising work surfaces, tools and electronic equipment.

During my time here I have gained skills in all aspects of an on-farm packing shed while working as a valuable team member meeting all daily targets.

• Loading of zucchini washing unit.
• Preparing cartons of wholesale.
• Following relevant produce specification guides.
• Weighing produce.
• Bagging produce for resale.
• Pallet stacking and unstacking.
• Lubricated, adjusted and made minor repairs to farm equipment with oil cans, grease guns and hand tools.
• Kept records of expenses and revenues to help management with budgeting.
