- Global owner for process design and architecture and performance management serving as the single point of accountability for delivery of R2R organizational objectives; responsible for developing and delivering on global process strategic transformation.
- Develop and lead achievement of robust global R2R objectives
- Proactively monitor cross-functional and enterprise wide initiatives that impact people, processes and technology to ensure alignment, maintain agility and mitigate disruption to the global GBS process areas through frequent communication with business partners including SN leadership, Finance Advisory Counsel, cross functional stakeholders including Controllers, Corporate Audit and external advisors.
- Lead and Support Automation projects in RTR in collaboration with RPA COE Team
- Be the process owner for SAP & AX ERP System and be the SPOC for any ERP related questions
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders including, but not limited to Controllers, Commercial Finance, Business Technology, Enabling Finance, Treasury, Global Tax, Corporate Audit identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring process improvements are actively sought and implemented.
- Collaborate relentless with GBS operational and site leadership ensuring global alignment of priorities; manage and influence results through matrix relationships
- Create a culture focused on continuous improvement, internal controls and compliance; lead the maintenance of an effective internal control structure ensuring compliance with SN policy and US GAAP, while proactively managing existing and new risk
- Lead benchmarking activities and continuous assessment of global process performance measures. Establish cross functional guidelines on global process standards
- Develop understanding of digital finance tools and application within finance teams

Process:
- Need to ensure the financials reported for the responsible countries are accurate and validated for 16 entities and with a revenue of ~ 2 billion USD
- Monthly and Quarterly Management reporting, P&L and Balance Sheet variance Analysis to highlight the exceptions compared to Budget, Forecast and PY
- Lead the RTR team directly further with the accountability of PTP and OTC Operations for the corresponding countries
- Constant support to the Finance Controller & Finance Business Partners to meet the business goals
- Leading the monthly operations & Regional SLA Calls for the responsible markets
- Stakeholders management, which includes internal stakeholders between the GBS centers and external client stakeholders
Compliance:
- External and Internal Audit Compliance, enforcing the internal controls and SOX controls are effective
- Compliance of regulations & adherence to GFM Policies
Stakeholders Management:
- Built sustainable relationships with the customers across US, Swiss, Germany, Austria and UK
- Conduct monthly review meetings with the customers for status update and to improve the service levels
- Built strong working relationships with Business and Legal Entity Finance Controllers for all process related matters

Transitions:
- Spear headed transitions from Europe & US
- Handling transitions from start to end
- Determining the Key Control Activities for SOX compliances of the transitions handled

People Management:
- Determining the goals and review the performance of team members with feedbacks
- Coaching and mentoring the team members on the gaps identified
- Optimize resource deployment and utilization
- Recognize and reward the high performance to ensure proper motivation levels within the team members
- Conduct recruitment interviews and campus placements
- Creating backups for all the positions to deal with attrition

- Constant support to the Country Manager on the plant financials, by continuously working with the operations to improve the profitability of the plant
- Budgeting and Forecasting for the whole Plant
- Monthly MIS reporting and presenting to the local and HQ leaderships
- Product Costing and profitability analysis
- Preparation of monthly Sales, COGS and Stock reports
- Perform FIFO run for actualization of Inventory
- Value add / Gross Margin Analysis for the whole plant
- Preparation of Monthly Finance Indicators (MFI) for the plant, like Headcount, Cash Flows, New Current Assets, Order intake & Backlog and etc

- Product Costing & Reporting
- Inventory Controlling and calculation of different coverage days
- Monthly and quarterly forecast of inventories
- MIS and P&L reporting for responsible BUs’ to Germany
