- Global owner for process design and architecture and performance management serving as the single point of accountability for delivery of R2R organizational objectives; responsible for developing and delivering on global process strategic transformation.
- Develop and lead achievement of robust global R2R objectives
- Proactively monitor cross-functional and enterprise wide initiatives that impact people, processes and technology to ensure alignment, maintain agility and mitigate disruption to the global GBS process areas through frequent communication with business partners including SN leadership, Finance Advisory Counsel, cross functional stakeholders including Controllers, Corporate Audit and external advisors.

Process:
- Need to ensure the financials reported for the responsible countries are accurate and validated for 16 entities and with a revenue of ~ 2 billion USD
- Monthly and Quarterly Management reporting, P&L and Balance Sheet variance Analysis to highlight the exceptions compared to Budget, Forecast and PY
- Lead the RTR team directly further with the accountability of PTP and OTC Operations for the corresponding countries
- Constant support to the Finance Controller & Finance Business Partners to meet the business goals
- Leading the monthly operations & Regional SLA Calls for the responsible markets
- Stakeholders management, which includes internal stakeholders between the GBS centers and external client stakeholders
