At Mercer Refrigeration, I play a key role in both administration and bookkeeping, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I handle customer invoicing, send reminders for overdue payments, and keep our bookkeeping software up to date by accurately recording all expenses. I’m also responsible for running errands—whether it’s picking up and delivering parts to job sites or handling banking tasks.

Beyond the office, I enjoy lending a hand on job sites, assisting with large cool room installations, and troubleshooting breakdowns. It’s a dynamic role that allows me to contribute both administratively and hands-on, helping to keep things running efficiently and effectively.

I was one of the first points of contact for customers reaching out to Soulfresh. As a key member of the sales support team, I handled orders for independent stores in QLD and NSW, processing both phone and email orders with care and efficiency.

My role also involved managing promotional, new product, and deletion forms for all key accounts in QLD and NSW, with occasional support for VIC, TAS, and SA. I worked closely with the OOH (Out Of Home) and Export Account Managers, ensuring orders met deadlines and that stock aligned with customers' MLOR (Minimum Level of Requirement).

Additionally, I took lead phone calls, helping new customers set up their accounts, providing them with necessary forms, pricing details, cut-off times, and delivery days
