Summary

I have worked within the customer service sector since entering the workforce during high school in 2004 as a pharmacy assistant. I continued within the field of health and I have over 20 years of experience in supporting daily operations within thriving and busy businesses, creating positive connections with colleagues, company representatives and most importantly, customers and clients.

I have predominately worked within the health sector as a pharmacy assistant and qualified Nutritionist, and most recently, within sales and administration for a health food company called Eat for You and a specialist, paediatric speech therapy company called Hello Sunshine Speech Therapy. Prior to this, I also worked as a nutritionist for Flannery's Health Store which I found highly rewarding. With both Eat for You and Flannery's, I had the valuable experience of creating content for their social media as well as print and radio sources, and utilised my retail and customer service skills to support the running of the daily business operations as well as confidentially supporting customers.

At both Eat for You and Hello Sunshine Speech Therapy, as sales and customer support/client care in a remote setting, I was able to fine tune my customer service skills further, and gain valuable experience in stock management, customer service and KPIs. I feel this knowledge has armed me with an array of unique experiences that would make me an asset when it comes to liaising with each individual contacting the clinic at Natural Super Kids.
I am a friendly, empathetic and highly sensitive/attuned professional who would be honoured to be able to be a part of the team at Natural Super Kids and to make a difference in the day of the clients. Providing empathetic guidance and advice is something that I pride myself on, especially as a first point of contact for many during what may be a particularly sensitive time. I believe my previous experience has resulted in me being an employee who is able to quickly and efficiently answer questions in a health care setting, and I can handle customer enquiries calmly and clearly to provide outstanding service. I am always willing to learn and grow my knowledge base, and I am not afraid of asking for help when required within the team setting to best support the client. My written and verbal communication is of a high standard which further supports customer interactions and I am able to tailor this to suit each individuals needs. I consider myself to be organised in maintaining records, managing inventory and prioritising client requests. Given that my previous role with Eat for You and Hello Sunshine Speech Therapy was remote, I am highly trustworthy and can manage my time well. I am overall an approachable individual that is empathetic, honest and hard working.
