Placement Experience Summary
During my 3-week placement in Aged Care, I worked full-time from 7am to 3pm, five days a week. This hands-on experience fast past environment allowed me to apply my learning in real workplace settings, supporting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. I developed strong communication and teamwork skills while working alongside experienced staff and maintaining a high standard of safety and respect for everyone’s needs. This placement helped me build confidence, reliability, and a deeper understanding of my role and responsibility in providing quality care and support.
