  • Process fortnightly payroll on a weekly basis for a staff base of 22,000 employees, primarily responsible for end-to-end processing of my own portfolio of approximately 2,000 employees
  • Accurately process staff on differing awards and conditions e.g.: casual/permanent/salary employees Australia wide
  • First point of contact for employee/managers/HR with any queries or actions for those in my portfolio
