• Designed specific workout systems for individual clients based on performance ability.

• Face to Face training - Small Group & Private - Management of a small team inside of gym Structured and individualized programming to clients
• Nutritional guidance, macronutrient recommendations and body compositions updated fortnightly based on changes to body composition/performance Adapting to online sales and services to new (upwards of 100 online clients) and existing clients following unforeseen circumstances of the pandemic Punctual and professional at all times, in and outside of work.

• Group Fitness Coach
• Running classes in the AM and PM, day to day duties inside the gym as well as admin work.

• Assembling conveyor systems/Maintenance for companies such as (Aus Post, Toll, Uniqlo, Anaconda, Amazon) - Manual handing of material/Parts - Steel Fabrication/modifications to systems.

• Self Employed Trained clients during strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and stretching
• Personalized programming based on individual client goals, restrictions, etc
• Constant support for all clients outside of scheduled session times 40+ hour weeks with multiple small group private sessions as well as 1:1 sessions Nutritional guidance and education for all clients (macronutrients, micronutrients) Body composition assessments fortnightly for all clients
• Local 'boot-camp' sessions with upwards of 30 people weekly.
