Summary

With 17 years of project experience across both government and private organisations in the civil transport sector, I have developed a strong and practical understanding of corporate governance, risk, strategy and finance. This has been enhanced during my MBA and AICD studies. As Project Director and Engineer, I have successfully led multi-disciplinary business units to deliver 11 infrastructure projects meeting the required budget and milestones. This involved influencing, mentoring and encouraging a positive environment for teamwork and managing for results, but also managing risk. I consistently focus on quality improvement that is driven by process innovation strategy frameworks, and governance. I have a track record of delivering success to clients and pride myself on being able to create long standing partnerships. Below are some of the many stakeholders that I have worked with: Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland Urban Utilities Brisbane City Council Ipswich City Council Sommerset Regional Council Logan City Council City of Gold Coast
