Working with the public was one of my first professional experiences. After graduating in Tourism Management and Sommelier, First worked as a travel agent and casually as a sommelier. I also had a brief experience in retail, and ultimately full-time as a barista. Throughout this time, skills like dealing with people, engaging with customers, and caring for the service provided, became part of my values and made me grow side by side in every situation.
Creating a healthy, joyful environment with clear communication and empathy is a relevant aspect that I believe to be the "key" that makes a difference in successful experiences.
