• As a Domino's delivery driver, my role contained responsibilities that were essential to ensuring outstanding customer experiences. I was responsible for delivering pizzas and other products directly to customers, always with a friendly smile and a commitment to quality service. Handling cash and processing payments efficiently, alongside a focus on upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Often, communicating with customers both on the phone and in person, ensuring that their orders were accurate and met their expectations. Additionally, I maintained quality control over the food items, making sure each pizza was prepared to perfection. Communicating with team members, as we supported each other during busy shifts, taking part in general cleaning duties to keep the work environment organized and welcoming.

• As the sole employee at the juice bar, I have taken on various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. My daily tasks include organizing the bar, Delivering food and juice to customers, collecting fresh and dry fruits, breakfast products, and various ice cream flavours from local stores, and making delicious ice creams and juices.
  In addition to these duties, I manage inventory meticulously and ensure that everything is clean and well-maintained, from washing dishes to double-checking that all equipment, including lights and juicer machines, are turned off at the end of the day. Each aspect of my role contributed to a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the efficient running of the juice bar.

My position at the supermarket has equipped me with a diverse skill set in customer service and communication. Throughout my daily responsibilities, I have engaged in the following activities:

• Customer service, sales, inventory management, Merchandising, cash handling, time management, crafting the gift packs, clean up, working effectively in fast-paced environments, skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
