During my time at Flawless Tutoring Centre in Sydney, I played an integral role in shaping students' academic journeys by applying a combination of problem-solving skills and empathy. In year ten, I also did work experience at Myer. During my work experience at Myer, I gained valuable insights into the fast-paced and customer-focused retail industry. I had the opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks, including organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and providing customer service. These responsibilities allowed me to develop strong attention to detail and improve my organizational skills, while ensuring the store maintained a polished and inviting appearance. Interacting with customers helped me refine my communication skills, as I worked to address inquiries and assist in finding products that met their needs. Additionally, collaborating with the Myer team taught me the importance of teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment. This experience not only enhanced my professional skill set, but also gave me a deeper appreciation for the operations behind a successful retail business.
