Summary

Extending initial training in NSW real estate into the Class 2 Licencing Program and currently focused on property lease management with all properties in my portfolio successfully leased at market rates and above. Key responsibilities have included:

  • Preparing property listings and managing properties open for inspection/private inspections using strong people skills and in depth knowledge to guide prospective tenants on the market and application processes.

  • Successfully restructured the Sales and Marketing Department, which was a key component in driving company growth, resulting in a 911% growth in unit sales between 2007 and 2013 (from 190 units to 1731 per year) and revenue growth of 585% (from 83ml PLN to 486ml PLN).
  • Successfully met stretch sales targets year on year.
  • Drove new company strategy to realign architectural layouts to the rapidly changing property market driven by economic and mortgage lending constraints.
