  • Build continuous improvement capabilities across the business including problem- solving techniques
  • Manage, track, and execute improvement program portfolio of $40m annualised benefits across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain and report progress monthly to board of directors and executive general managers
  • Responsibility for managing, reporting, and tracking CAPEX portfolio of $20m per annum in cost reduction and growth categories across 9 manufacturing facilities
  • Lead gap closure activities and diagnostics across the business utilising data analytics and synthesis to prioritise initiatives and improve business outcomes
