- Ensured Inspection and Test Plans for all work lots are complete and correct, and compiling the required quality documentation for each work lot, including material delivery dockets, crack repair records, material testing results, work lot maps, and IFC drawings.

- Collaborated with site and project engineers to ensure all works were completed to VicRoads standards and raising Non-Conformance Reports where necessary.

- Assist in creating Permits for several work areas, ensuring they are always in date, alongside the relevant SWMS.

- Assist in renewing SWMS and ensuring they are in always in date to prevent works being on hold.

- Collaborated with site and project engineers to ensure all works were completed to standards and assisting in the RFI process when a design change was needed

- Conducted site-interface meetings with various project teams to ensure simultaneous operations can occur smoothly and without clashes or delays.

- Continuously tracked daily construction costs as well as ongoing quantities to assist with monthly reporting and developed basic experience in accruals and forecasting.

- Closing out completed pavement, drainage, structural concrete, precast barriers, and road furniture lots ahead of ABRP submission dates, to close out the Footscray Rd civil works packages in line with the practical completion.

- Developed programs up to 3 months in advance in line with the P6 program, and consistently maintained a 2WLA whiteboard, running whiteboard meetings with the engineers and supervisors.

- Maintained subcontractor relations

- Lead a 2-week night shift of closing out outstanding punchlist and defect items on Footscray Road and assisted numerous other campaigns including day/night shift campaigns, successfully completing work scopes in time while ensuring all quality and safety obligations were met.
