• Providing spiritual guidance and pastoral care to inmates and staff under the custody of Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW).
• Team leader to ICNSW team of 7 Chaplains providing training, mentoring, pastoral care and overall management of Islamic prison chaplaincy in NSW.
• Provide guidance and advice to CSNSW Governors, Manager and staff on issues related to inmates.
• Executive Member of Civil Chaplaincies Advisory Committee managing the provision of chaplaincy by over 100 Chaplains working in NSW jails and hospitals.
• Member CSNSW Justice Sub Committee providing advice on policy and accreditation of Chaplains

• Worked on secondment as the Religious Support Officer with the CSNSW Proactive Integrated Support Model (PRISM) team providing theological assessments, mentoring and support to convicted terrorists as they reintegrated into the community.
• Developed and provided Islamic Awareness Training sessions to CSNSW staff state wide.

Extensive experience in a diverse range of management roles in manufacturing, retail and commercial sales in a variety of small to multi-national business operations.

Strong focus on quality assurance management and implementing policies and procedures to drive organisational goals, centred around a hands on personal approach to managing relationships and business outcomes.

High level communication skills in report writing and presentations, with professional training in media engagement and lobbying and advocacy to government.
