· Ranked 2nd in APAC from September 2022 to March 2024 by selling 362 net vehicles due to understanding customer needs , following up after test drive, building a rapport with the customer and selling the best fit vehicle to them.
· Promoted to senior Tesla advisor in 10 months due to excellent sales results and test drive CSAT score in the first three quarters after starting the role.
· Test drive CSAT score of 90 per cent and above from September 2022 to March 2024 due to exceptional communication skills, customer service skills and excellent knowledge of Tesla vehicles.
· Achieved all store metrics – constantly hitting more than 5 sales a week, maintaining a 90 per cent pre drive call volume and a test drive follow up of 95 per cent and making more than 35 calls a day.

· Achieved $92 in accessory sales per mobile and MBB connection (target was of $55). Highest in NSW amongst Fone zone owned Telstra stores.
· Actively achieved a net promoter score (NPS) of 90 and above from September 2021 – Feb 2022 due to exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Achieved 10 metric points out of 10 points from Sep 2021 to Feb 2022. Meaning constantly hit store metrics as well as surpassed accessory and mobile core metrics.
· Highest Gross profit sales per hour (constantly hitting $300per hour, target was of $100 per hour) in NSW due to excellent communication skill and efficiently serving customers in a busy work environment.
· Accumulated 70 per cent of store accessory sales in Feb 2022.
