Creative and enthusiastic university student studying ecology and zoology seeking an entry-level or graduate (set to graduate in 2025) job in an exciting environment-oriented career. Passionate about conservation and would love to work with and around nature. While studying at university has provided me with valuable knowledge through researching topics within my chosen field, it has also given me experiences and useful skills that I can use within industry work.

• Ecological surveys, conducting transect and quadrant sampling - surveying vertebrates (birds, mammals), invertebrates (crabs, spiders), vegetation
• Plant identification (South-East Queensland) - Measuring plant traits and soil sampling
• Mammal surveys - during spotlighting and nature walks; Small Animal handling using Elliot traps and cages

• Effectively communicating and working with people from all different walks of life. I put these skills into practice during my semester abroad in Montreal, Canada.
