Though I am very polite, friendly and engaging, I am also extremely honest and as such feel it is important to not conceal the fact that I have been diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum (in what used to be known as Asperger's) as well as ADHD. These manifest differently in females than the commonly known male behaviorisms. I am very good at "masking" and behaving more like those around me, unless I spend a lot of time with a person, they would likely not realise I had any differences.
What is more difficult for me is my social anxiety which triggers my hyperhidrosis [excessive perspiration] in my hands. This is my biggest concern and I am hoping that should I successfully achieve a position with you, I might ease into the jobs where I must handle things that I then have to hand to customers please. My biggest anxiety triggers are handing a customer something that is wet with my hand sweat.
I feel the solution to successfully become an all-rounder is I would need time to become comfortable with colleagues and the duties etc., this will be reduced anxiety, therefore allowing me become more interactive with customers with little issue.
I assure you I am very eager to become a full-time wage earner, I will be a polite and friendly asset to the team and I only live in town thus, allowing me to be a fast on the scene relief worker if someone is unable to attend their shift.
