Summary

To continue my practical and advanced understanding of clinical interventions, mentoring and supervision in a multi- disciplinary team environment. Possessing specialized skills in case management, crisis intervention, and community outreach. Excelling at communication, empathy, and problem-solving to support clients effectively.

To emmerse my social work practice in such values as compassion, care, support and transparency as I go about my daily work. This will continue to expand my knowledge and experience in a front line health care setting and draw upon resilience and adaptability to navigate complex, changable social systems.

To further grow and be a curious social worker: working as a leader in the wider community and HHS in a way that empowers/ promotes and supports team members and marginalised community members.

To continue to nourish and maintain my work/ life balance so my life is well rounded and enjoyable and I am role modelling a healthy life to colleagues, clients and community members.

To continue to enjoy working as a social worker in a health care setting: to learn more, to grow more and to be apart of an organisation that promotes and supports this.
