AINSLEY JADE

I work best in a team driven environment and thrive under pressure and work. I am hardworking, detail-oriented individual and tenacious in developing and pursuing solutions to concerns as well as conflict resolution, whilst being adept at balancing company objectives with stakeholder desires.

I possess a level-headed and positive attitude in all interactions, as well as being technologically savvy with proven time management skills and multitasking abilities. I'm attentive and adaptable to changing and evolving situations, both emergency and within work parameters while also ready to break down a multitude of issues to develop effective solutions and problem solve.

I have local knowledge of the Cumberland area and am comfortable working within the area and surrounding environments.

I look forward to expanding skills that have been gained from working with Water NSW in a different team and district, I am eager to continue to be a contributing and capable member, whilst improving upon skillsets to both the organisation as both a staff member and a volunteer.
