  • Leasing and in-depth reporting for a number of Ireland’s major residential property developers and investment funds including but not limited to Urbeo, Ardstone, Ballymore, Roundhill Capital, Hali, M&G Real Estate, and Glenveagh, launching and leasing new schemes ranging from 40 to 624 units, often simultaneously and always for immediate occupation
  • Planning effectively with marketing and construction teams to ensure the timely and most cost effective release of units to market and always working to eliminate void periods for any asset completed and ready to earn
  • Overseeing the smooth running of approximately 3000 units under management at a rental income of over €7m per month and re-letting contracts at variable fees
  • Letting and management for approximately 150 leasing contracts in privately-owned homes at an income of over €300,000 per month
  • Writing and structuring successful contract proposals / tender documents for new and upcoming schemes and maximising business development on a consistent basis, ensuring DMPC’s position within the private rental sector in Ireland’s capital in an ever changing market
  • Negotiating prices for contracts with investment funds and property developers based on the current market and competition
  • In-depth leasing progress analysis using client-chosen programmes as well as building my own analysis formats for professional presentations and weekly client check-ins
  • Garnering and maintaining excellent client and third party relationships to ensure efficient returns on work with contractors (IT, Media, Utilities) and repeat business
  • Overseeing a team of five leasing staff and their workload, KPI reviews and keeping the workplace a positive environment for a busy workforce - weekly check ins to ensure that viewings and handovers were completed to company standards and within our agreed time frame with the client
  • Resolving problems, and continually improving operations to keep up with the dynamics of a growing business
  • Assisting the Head of Sales with progress analysis and data presentations to our New Homes clients as well as on site assistance with viewings and following up with purchasers in order to make sales on new build properties and reach contractual deadlines.

About Me

After achieving the career and property-related goals that we had set for ourselves back in Ireland, my partner and I took a 6 month scenic route via SE Asia to Australia. We have since spent a few months travelling the country and decided that WA is where we would like to make a long term home, close to our friends and family who have settled here. I have always had a keen interest in anything property-related, having grown up working closely with my mother whose lifelong role in London is as an independent property manager there. With that in mind my goal is to propel my career as far as possible here in Australia and see no better way to do so than to work within a company where professional growth is a possibility for the right employee. I feel I possess the qualities to successfully perform any task put before me within a fast-paced company looking for a bright new addition to their workforce.
