05/2023, 07/2023, HYPA Marketing Associate, HYPA Group, Richmond, Kurt Christian, Had the exceptional opportunity to work directly under Kurt Christian, Renowned businessman and owner of HYPA Group, as the youngest Marketing Associate. Kurt Christian is a well known for his extensive business acumen.
My primary task was to be coached and taught in the field of sales, specific techniques, and body tonality in order to acquire sales within the field.
Worked in conjunction with senior team members to create and execute sales training programs. These lessons covered strategic selling, client relationship management, and effective communication approaches. Presented seminars and one-on-one mentorship sessions centered on personal branding, workplace etiquette, and professional behavior.
This resulted in improved sales performance across my prospective statistics, at a 19% retention upon interest. As well as, increased cold sales ability improving my communication.
