- prepared quarterly Work Plan with reference to the master work plan to guide the functioning of entire site team,
- planned and processed materials requisition (for exclusion) and remind the store team for resources requisitioned (inclusion) by Design,Monitoring and Quality Assurance Department(DMQAD),
- studied design/drawings and estimates issued by DMQAD and communicate the discrepancies (if any) through PM for onward discussion with the DMQAD on need basis,
- ensured overall execution of the work/site(s) and all activities within the approved budget, allocated time and in compliance and accordance to specifications with the highest quality,
- informed and updated PIC accordingly for timely interventions
- prepared and issued working drawings to Labor contractor/site engineers/supervisor in accordance with the master drawings issued by DMQAD
- promoted and implemented the construction quality control reporting, record keeping and quality checks,
- ensured, maintained, and updated record keeping of Daily Progress Report (DPR) in agreed google sheet format,
- verified and submitted labor contractors bill claims as per the provisions of contract agreement,
- updated ERP monthly progress report every month and
- provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
