Volunteer Experience

As an animal lover, I devoted my first year in Australia to volunteering with the non-profit organisation PetRescue. In my role on the Online Relationship Support Team, I handled diverse online enquiries related to adoption, pet owner support, pounds and shelters, veterinarian information, and donations. My responsibilities included connecting individuals with pounds, shelters, and foster homes, as well as facilitating the smooth and efficient transfer of adoption requests to the appropriate adoption centres."
