Served as Site Engineer for the St. Benedict's Group of Institutions project, encompassing school, college, and hostel facilities. Oversaw coordination of the installation of a 200 KW solar power system, including both tin shed and rooftop configurations. Key responsibilities included:

• Overseeing and verifying the daily operations of the project.
• Serving as the site representative for all MEP, civil, and general construction-related matters.
• Maintaining project progress and providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Served as the site representative for all MEP-related matters, overseeing quality control of mechanical works and ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications. Responsible for verifying that mechanical installations are executed in accordance with contractual requirements by inspecting both materials and workmanship. During my tenure, I assumed the following responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews and evaluations, providing recommendations to the client for approval. In alignment with project specifications, including shop drawing construction details, oversee all technical submissions and materials management.
• Maintain and update mechanical inventory, including tools, equipment, and supplies—ensuring adequate on-site stock and facilitating timely replacements.
• Monitor daily mechanical works, maintaining detailed site diaries, progress reports, and measurement records to support accurate project tracking.
• Track work-in-progress, identify deviations from contract or revisions, and notify the project manager to guide timely contractual decisions.
• Document site instructions, project progress, and evaluation records, ensuring clear, up-to-date communication across teams and stakeholders.

Oversaw daily production of PSC wires/strands, managing scheduling, manpower, equipment, inventory and compliance with BIS/IS standards while driving process efficiency and quality.

Led quality control operations ensuring PSC wires/strands met BIS/ASTM/ISO standards through testing, process monitoring, defect reduction and client/third-party inspections.

• Plan and manage daily production of PSC wires/strands, ensuring targets are met with optimal manpower and machine utilization.
• Oversee process quality and equipment maintenance, coordinating with QC and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and defects.
• Ensure compliance with BIS/IS standards and maintain accurate production reports for continuous process improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems, including calibration (calipers, micrometres, UTM torsion machines, and microscopes), documentation and defect reduction measures.
• Contributed to ISO 9001:2015 certification implementation, serving as a productive team member in the quality management system (QMS) certification crew.
• Analysed non-conformances and prepared CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Conducted process audits in accordance with PGCIL standards (Power Grid Corporation of India Limited), overseeing quality reviews-Coordinated client and third-party inspections, ensuring compliance and preparing detailed quality reports.
