My current duties consist of the following

• Working closely as part of the inbound team unloading freight. Both dry ( using forklift ) and chill/freezer ( using EPJ )
• Processing and putting away stock
• Collaborated with team members to achieve daily goals, promoting a positive work environment through open communication and teamwork.
• Ensured timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Assisted in resolving customer inquiries and stock damages

• In my previous role at Bidfood, I was responsible for order processing, order picking, freight unloading, and stock organisation with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• While the majority of work was carried out independently, I also assumed leadership roles directing my team and overseeing shift operations
• This experience in a fast-paced environment has further developed my abilities in the following:

• In my role at The Warehouse, I assumed responsibilities including customer greeting and query resolution, along with product organisation and replacement
• Additionally, I acquired valuable experience as a checkout operator while multitasking across various functions
