· Data analysis related to Bluetooth IoT device failure on the field and addressing the issue in subsequent IoT device iterations.

· Selected trustworthy applicants for the on-site debug team regarding technical aspect after conducting interviews with them.

· Supply chain management of IoT hardware team which involved tasks namely, procurement, negotiation with vendors, expenditure, payment to vendors and stock assessment.

· Managed a team of 8 members as a team leader for upgrading the firmware on the field.
