Best described as a passionate and goal driven individual with a long history of exceeding expectations both as an individual or as part of a team. With over twenty years of leadership experience in a variety of environments, I pride myself on being a proactive hands on member of any team I am part of, always striving to grow and develop myself further.
Reporting to the Store Manager and often liaising with the General Manager, my role is multifaceted. From sales, clienteling and relationship building, to organising inventory and installations, the role has numerous areas of responsibilities outside of sales.
Currently facilitating a trainer role for both for product and technical knowledge, as well as sales skills, including but not limited to communication, such as working with different personality types, body language skills and verbal communication skills.
Additionally to the sales and training component of my role, I have designed and run several promotional events aimed at increasing awareness of both the brand and store, assisted with training of other staff in areas such as product knowledge and sales processes.
Accomplishments:
· Only person in company history to achieve 100% on a mystery shopper test. Accomplished twice.
· Designed, implemented and ran an in-store promotion involving four office building within the CBD. This included a debriefing with the General Manager for Bang and Olufsen Australia.
· Designing an induction manual for new employees.
Working autonomously to assist patrons, identify and resolve any concerns patrons may have and to support management and other staff members.

Managing a team of up to 18 and reporting to the area manager, my role involves managing the operation of the store in every capacity. I was responsible for hiring, training, all aspects of inventory management inclusive of ordering and wastage and visual merchandising. I was targeted with numerous KPI's, including balancing the P&L each month, Labour costs, sales, wastage and numerous other operational expenditures.

Reporting to the Store Manager, my role involves assisting customers with a variety of needs including sales, repairs, and education. I was the store expert for both mechanical and digital watches, often training other team members with regards to product knowledge and sales skills.
I was responsible for hitting sales and discount KPI's, opening and closing the store, booking in watches both to and from our service centre, inventory management, including stocktakes and utilising CRM's to maintain a strong client relationship.

Managing both the Concession at Myer Doncaster and the Collins Place Boutique, I was responsible for achieving KPI's, visual merchandising, rostering, inventory management, organising payroll, staff training and maintaining good relations with the Myer management team. During my time at the Doncaster concession I also had to investigate several allegations of misconduct from previous management and provide a detailed report to Rhodes and Beckett Management.
Working as a Front-End Supervisor from the age of 16, I also worked as a Duty Manager, responsible for the running of the store when required and managing up to 30 staff members.
My duties included, receiving delivers, cash management including balancing the safe at end of day, reports and hand overs for the management team.
The Deakin University Education Society is a student society based at Deakin University Burwood Campus, and open to anyone who is interested in teaching. Taking over in 2014 I lead the growth of the student society from 60 to 258 members within two years.
During my time as the president, I was responsible for all facets of running a student society. My responsibilities included determining membership prices, organising and budgeting events, as well as creating all infrastructure for the society’s social media platforms, such as the Website, Facebook Page, as well as creating Banners and Merchandise. I organised several events of over 300 people, including a Ball between two separate universities (Deakin and Monash) which cost over $30,000. I was also required to do an end of year presentation to all members including a yearly financial report.
I also collaborated with several corporations within the education sector, working with various managers at a state and national level to have the society sponsored by five organisations.
