During my tenure as Community Outreach Manger at The Wayside Chapel, I spearheaded the development and execution of a comprehensive Outreach Program in response to the challenges posed by the COVID 19 pandemic

Leading a team of 18+ staff, I designed and implemented a multidisciplinary approach aimed at delivering a high-quality service to significantly compromised and vulnerable community.

In this collaborative evening outreach role, our focus was on specific areas within the Sydney Local Government Area, including Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo, where individuals were experiencing homelessness.

I formed partnerships with multiple sister organizations within our district to deliver comprehensive care with a harm reduction approach. Working alongside midwives to support pregnant women sleeping rough, nurses reaching out to individuals not engaging with critical services, SWOP targeting sex workers both in brothels and on the streets, counsellors aiding those with significant and complex mental health disorders, and Health Education Officers, our efforts were concentrated on assisting the most vulnerable population in Sydney's CBD.

During this time, I resided in a small Himalayan village for three months, immersing myself in the community to support the town's reconstruction and restoration efforts. This Endeavor demanded cultural integration, extensive learning, and unwavering dedication in a profoundly devastated region.

• Supervised the reconstruction of a lower secondary school following a catastrophic earthquake, employing traditional techniques, and harnessing local/natural resources approved by engineers.
• Oversaw the strategic empowerment of local women by providing them with their inaugural paid employment opportunities, resulting in a significant positive impact on the local community.
• Devised and executed intricate communication strategies and adjustments to ensure seamless project coordination.

Part of a multidisciplinary research team comprised of palaeontologists, Lawmen of the Goolaroobooloo, and Professor Steve Salisbury from the University of Queensland.

Tasked with the collation of data and safeguarding evidence of dinosaur footprints along the Kimberley coastline, while advocating for the protection of specific coastal areas from extensive development.
