• Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing
• Entrusted to run the Sendaways department at night, ensuring all samples are processed within a timely manner and according to urgency
• Manage sendaways department operations, including coordinating sample shipments and documentation

• As a register operator my responsibilities included customer service, making and receiving phone calls, cash handling, operating the register to process and refund transactions, and using programs such as SAP
• As a sales assistant my responsibilities involved stock merchandising, ticketing of products, and making sales to meet daily targets.
