During this internship, I worked with high-performance female athletes ranging in age from 18 to their early to mid-thirties
These athletes aimed to enhance their performance through physical training, skill development, and strategic planning, as well as prevent and rehabilitate injuries to maintain peak competition readiness
Whilst at the NRLW Titans, I learned to use new Catapult software and GPS tracking devices
I also learned how exercise scientists in the high-performance field analyse this data and input it into spreadsheets to calculate values that inform us on ways to adjust training loads or sessions for performance enhancement and injury prevention

Finally, I have also spent my time conducting exercise-based sessions that involved both a warm up and cool down, I have also been able to implement exercise sessions designed by an appropriately qualified health professional for a clinical client, during these sessions I have been also consistently monitoring clients either individually or in group style sessions
