To whom it may concern, I have had the pleasure of working with and employing Ali for the past 2 years now, and over this time I have seen him develop in many capacities, as a Footballer, Coach and as a young man. In this time, he has evolved into my most senior employed coach for Football Star Academy (FSA) in which has a clientele of nearly 100 kids. Ali is frequently the lead and at times sole coach in which he manages both his own training sessions, but also maintains a high standard and level of professionalism amongst the other coaches, of which he has a strong, enthusiastic relationship with everyone involved (coaches + parents + kids).

In addition, I have also been exposed to and highly impressed with Ali's progression as a footballer. As head coach of the Mandurah First team -a position I have held for the past 4 years- I have been extremely impressed with Ali and his progression over the past year as a footballer, I throughout the season have called upon him to train with the first team on a consistent basis, and his massive influence over the U18ʼs Historic 2024 league title, both on and off the pitch, cannot go understated.

Finally, on a personal level, I have an extremely close relationship with Ali and his absence from both the football club, and FSA will be widespread and impactful, I could not think of a better young man to employ, and it has been an absolute pleasure mentoring this young man, and seeing him for who he is today. I look forward to seeing how he grows in the future.
