• Major refurbishment (over $40 million) of two heritage buildings in the Melbourne CBD.
• In charge of the handover and commissioning of the building.
• Assisting the client-side PM in solving design issues in order to obtain building permits.

- Making a 100 year old building comply to current standards from the building surveyor and the fire brigade.

• Procurement and management of sub-contractors for +10 construction and fit-out projects at the same time for an international client ($5M)
• Review of design and shop drawings in assistance of the PM.
• Cost control of projects, including cash flow forecast progress payments (sub-contractors and client), cost status reports presented directly to the client, among other reports
• Maintaining and updating project folders & time management systems
• ACHIEVEMENTS:
• 95% of vendors' contracts fitted projects' budget through negotiations.

• Procurement and management of contracts for design and build projects (over $10 million). Creation of weekly, detailed progress reports presented to stakeholders.
• Quantifications, procurement, and delivery of the materials for the construction project.
• Cash flow management of subcontractors and clients' progress payments.
• ACHIEVEMENTS:
• 2019 Award for Most Enthusiastic Learner of the Company.
• There was a 0-day delay caused by the failed material delivery on site.
• 95% of subcontractors' contracts were issued on time.

• Assist Project Managers in the construction of a mixed-use complex (shopping center and hotel with a value of over $100 million).
• Document control of over 10 projects for The Coca-Cola Company. Projects included architectural design and specialized services for the food industry.
• Make progress reports to be presented directly to the Coca-Cola client-side PM.
• Identified risks associated with each project and developed strategies for mitigating those risks.
