- Safety check
- ADLs (bed-making; feeding; transferring with Sara Stedy, sling hoist, slide sheet and patslide board; using bed cradle; supervise patient with independent ambulation, ambulation with mobility aids; helping with taking shower, passing urine with urinary bottle and opened bowel with bedpan; weight measurement using weighing chair)
- Doing observations (vital signs, pain level, postural blood pressure, fluid balance, falls risk assessment, head-to-toe assessment)
- Taking blood sugar level
- Checking food chart and behaviour chart
- Skin check and care
- Wound care (changing wound dressing)
- Doing ECG
- Indwelling urinary catheter (changing leg urine bag and night urine bag)
- Extending nasal prongs
- Administering drugs under supervision (common drugs; subcutaneous injection like CLEXANE and insulin)
- Writing progress notes
- Handover
