I am a committed Social Worker who enjoys being able to work in both clinical settings and to also provide strong and supportive leadership within a team. My work history includes working with clients of complex and varied needs and I hold a broad range of clinical skills and experience which I can utilise to achieve excellent clinical outcomes. I continue to develop my leadership and management skills and use this to support my team in provide quality clinical work and to promote a strong team culture. I pride myself on providing excellent clinical care, being professional and working with people's unique and individual needs in a compassionate manner. My professional interests include the health and legal sectors, working with vulnerable people and those who are hard to engage and supporting colleagues in their own professional growth.
