  • For the first 3 months of my contract I worked as a digital advisor, where I was the first point of contact for written inbound queries, and cover review requests from Bupa health insurance customers. I provided personalised assistance to guide them through their insurance plan decisions, and provided recommendations based on their health needs and lifestyle, using my expert knowledge.
  • I then changed over to the admin department, now my main duties include completing admin tasks, such as making account and payment amendments for universities and overseas students.
  • Switching between various systems to fix exceptions and payment issues, whilst utilising my keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, to ensure I work efficiently with high accuracy.
