My position start as a normal waitress with different kind of job which include:

After few months working with my supervisor proposed me to become a manager so that make aware first enthusiasm for been working in hospitality an then about the multiplicity responsibility that goes with it.

As a next manager I start learn the evening closing, how to manager the shift between colleagues and a professional supervision of the restaurant.

With the supervision of my supervisor I start to learn the process to how organized meeting and convention for the Hotel Mantra, how to approach to people in a professional mood and problem solving.

I worked for a total of 4 months at the Underground Motel in White cliffs, situated 12 hours from Melbourne in the Outback. A touristic destination with 32 rooms underground where people come to have a unique experience. Close to the motel are also famous mines where you can find the beautiful stone called Opal.

Duties of my work:

• answer general phone enquirers
• prepared the table for costumer
• took the orders and served food
• meet motel guess arriving by plane at the local airport and transport them to the motel
• acted as an unofficial tour guide for motel guest
• cleaned motel rooms to a very high standard
• responsible for collecting and laundering

Situated in Nelson during 3 months and half , I was working with a team of 3 people about permorming cleaning duties:

• Disposed of trash and recyclables each day to avoid waste buildup.
• Cleaned and stocked guest rooms by replacing used towels and linens, vacuuming floors, making beds and restocking bathroom items.
• Vacuumed rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies and corridors.

In 2007 I took the decision to go overseas to be a babysitter of six children , from age 9 month to 16 years old;my work hours where during the morning from 7 am to 9 am and then from 15.00pm to 10.00pmDuring my break I was followed a classroom at school for make strong my English.

I was working with 2 girls from 9 years old and 11 years old, all week for 4/5 hours during the day.
