
I'm a friendly and energetic Italian guy. I was born in the world of pizza because my family has many pizza makers, and in fact I started working in the world of pizza at the age of 17 and over time I gained a work experience of about 5 years in the world of pizza, with which I acquired a lot of mastery in the preparation of all types of dough, even gluten-free. A few years ago my family opened a pizzeria/gastronomy (Vabbuono pizzeria), where I learned to manage the pizzeria department independently. Now I'm here in Australia to have new experiences and life opportunities.
