GROUND WORKS:

I have worked in all areas of the project whether it be with the dig and lay crew on the line or helping cut/weld/install poly pipe (PE). Assisted in filling and pressure testing both the poly and fibreglass sections along the line. Installation of scour pits and the connection (Bolt up) of air valves to T pieces on the line. Leak detection and pipe repair / replacement.

EXCAVATOR:

Digging/benching for pipe trench, installing shoring/trench boxes, backfilling all underground works of the sewer line, locating services/leaks.

ROLLER:

Using the smooth drum roller to prepare for asphalt in sections of road we had to remove for the new sewer location.

FRONT END LOADER:

Assisting the dig and lay team by moving spoil from dig site to stockpiles or loading moxy’s to remove spoil from site. Keeping site surface level and tidy by scraping and removing heavy material/rubbish. Using the extended jib to lift/load/move pipe and other material at the compound.

MOXY:

hauling spoil from dig sites/trenches to stockpiles/stockyards.

• Cleaning, repairing and respraying of metal and tiled roofs.

• Installation of cable support systems, cable tray, cable ladder, and conduit, installation of switchboards, terminating, installing, and labeling control wiring to the field, assisting with testing and commissioning of power and control circuits as well as motors

GROUND WORKS:

• De-nesting and decorating timber pipe packs.
• Loading trucks and tying down.
• Utilizing correct TMP and following safety precautions.
• Spotting trucks and ground team to ensure safe lifting practices with excavator operator was conducted.

MOXY

• Operation of Moxy Truck both to assist backfill of pipeline, hauling spoil from stockpile and dumping spoil for back fill alongside trenches.
• Removing spoil from trenches and hauling to stock piles.

ROLLER

• Operation of smooth drum / pad foot roller to ensure a level and smooth finish over backfilled trench works.

• liasing with customer, admin, engineers and council to sell and deliver fiberglass pool kits and full installations.

• working with all departments to professionally sell and deliver motor vehicles from dealership.

HAUL TRUCK

• Operating Haul Truck around mobile plant equipment.
• Moving paydirt from open pits to tip heads and stockpiles.
• Meeting production targets whilst adhering to safety expectations.

EXCAVATOR

• Gained experience from time to time loading trucks.

• machine production of stone bench tops and on site installation.
