Making lasting memories with the consumers during my time at Crowley Care I gave them a continual sense of happiness and sense of security. I also studied new methods for caring for people with dementia at Crowley Care, which only improved and advanced my dementia skills and knowledge. Being a part of a team that was so enthusiastic, kind, and committed to providing high-quality care was something I truly appreciated. Residents would constantly express their sincere gratitude and appreciated me because they could see how proud I was of my work and how committed I was to performing it well.

I sincerely appreciate the training that BUPA offered; it taught me how to build strong, lasting relationships with consumers and how to give patients safe care. I gained knowledge about how to collaborate with a team and operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This is the source of my entire attitude and method of providing care; I can work fast under pressure while still building strong relationships and friendships with consumers, and I would always make sure that everything was done pristinely.
