Achievements:
- Assisted over 12,000 Home Affairs staff by ensuring they were informed and prepared for Immigration Reform changes during the Stabilising Phase 2018-2020 of the program.
- Collaborated closely with departmental teams to better understand program scope.
- Introduced new change methods, practices, and systems as guided by the department's centralised Change Management Office (CMO).

Achievements:
- Collaborated with the Defence ERP Change Team, program leadership team, and Defence ERP change representatives in Groups & Services to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Managed implementation of the program’s overarching change strategy and communication plan with a particular focus on the Data & Business Intelligence workstreams.

Achievements:
- Supported change management efforts to support implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process and culture changes.
- Developed and maintained program change documentation for CIOG leadership approval.
- Led the design and delivery of the program's Stakeholder Engagement and Communication strategy for CIOG to achieve appropriate levels of awareness, understanding and buy-in across target audiences through impactful communications and engagement activities.

Project - Defence CapabilityOne
Achievements:
- Developed an overview of the change, communication and engagement approach for CapabilityOne program - approved by client. Strategy focused on the initial review, interim, and future program states. Designed to increase understanding, application, and implementation of a centrally accessible, consistent, trusted, reusable and secure capability data system 'Capability One'.
- Established team priorities, maintained schedules, and monitored performance.
- Facilitated monthly CapabilityOne program team meetings (agenda, scheduling, and content creation) for team of 50 staff and coordinated weekly status reports (SITREPs) requiring inputs from a Synergy sub-team of 10 for VCDF Executive review.
