For past few Easter holiday periods, I have been volunteering as second at the Maffra Easter Annual Tennis tournament.

- This involves spending 10-12 hours for each of the four days working in the Tournament Box and making sure that the tournament of approximately 350 people runs smoothly.

- I am in charge of assigning participants/competitors to their assigned courts, while simultaneously using the computer software to ensure that each participant plays their required opponent, at the correct time.

- This volunteer work requires good communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations that occur on and off the court due to arguments, inappropriate behavior, and unsatisfied participants with wait times.
