    • As a member of the college senior administrative network, I provide strategic advice to support the Associate Dean (Education), Associate Dean (Student Experience & Academic Integrity), Associate Dean (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) and the Indigenous Perspectives Graduate Attribute Lead.
    • Lead a high functioning team who in 2024, successfully implemented an undergraduate curriculum design project resulting in the redesign of 60 undergraduate programs, 191 sub-plans and amendment of 720 courses as well as the management of over 200 complex student wellbeing and academic integrity cases.
    • Provision of tailored and strategic curriculum guidance to academics focused on policy compliance, student-centred design, and accessibility.
    • Established effective coordination systems supporting multiple senior academic leaders, including structured yet personalised staff management approaches that foster safety, innovation and adaptability in a high-pressure environment.

  • As the College's content matter expert regarding student awards, I provided high quality advice and service delivery to enhance the student experience, while developing and fostering effective relationships across the University and with external stakeholders.
  • Developed concept for, and end to end management of, the College's annual Awards evening. This was the annual flagship event for CASS for three consecutive years.
  • Design and implementation of a comprehensive audit of over 250 awards worth $1.2million in consultation with 14 Schools and Centres and ANU Advancement and Donors. This audit model was adopted as best practice University wide and informed strategic recommendations to CASS Executive.
  • Development of streamlined procedures and processes regarding the award of scholarships, student experience, and communication of data to stakeholders.
  • Creation and production of communication pieces to advertise awards and student impact in web, print and video formats.

Project Coordinator

    • The Hub (operational 2018 – 2020) aimed to increase the university's contribution to public policy and societal well-being.
    • Management of major events and forums including the 2018 Australian Crawford Leadership Forum, and the First Nations Governance Forum including stakeholder communication, design of print program/associated web pages/forum apps, and logistical support for local and international delegates.
    • Research and development of the Hub's initial strategic and operational plans in accordance with the University's overarching goals. Activities included scoping new and proposed projects, initiating stakeholder engagement, developing implementation plans and evaluation strategies.
    • Writing and publication of engagement communications, and creation of the wireframe for the Hub's website.
